VP Clinic Sales

Job Summary
Lead and scale the sales organization for Morris & Dickson’s community clinic, ambulatory infusion center (AIC) and alternate-site segment. Oversee a team comprising 3 VPs of Sales and 4 National Account Managers focused on new customer acquisition and same-site expansion. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, set incentive plans, and build multi-year growth plans in collaboration with senior leadership. Drive relationships with providers, manufacturers, and GPOs to improve access and pricing programs, mentor and coach sales talent, and ensure achievement of sales and non-financial strategic objectives. Significant travel to customer sites, manufacturer offices, and corporate locations is expected (40-50%). Education: 4-year degree strongly preferred. Ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, organizational and process-improvement skills, and proven leadership in a high-growth pharmaceutical environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years Sales and/or Account Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- 5+ years of specific experience with specialty therapies – Oncology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Retina/Ophthalmology
- 4-year degree (B.A., B.S., etc.) strongly preferred
