Job Summary
VP of Client Services, North America will lead Agfa HealthCare’s Healthcare IT Professional Services and Technical Support in NA, driving a focused services strategy for Implementation and Support of SaaS offerings, partnering with Sales to deliver an end-to-end Agfa solution. Responsibilities include optimizing service delivery, managing SLA/MTTR/ Capacity, P&L for NA services, maximizing recurring revenue, overseeing third-party partnerships, and driving customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities. The role requires leadership to develop, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA and Health Canada Medical Device regulations), and push for SaaS transformation and innovation. The incumbent will collaborate with R&D, Product Marketing and Sales to align client needs with future offerings, educate customers on new releases, and align with senior client leadership on strategic objectives. Required qualifications include a BA and 10+ years of senior healthcare IT leadership, PMP and/or project-management expertise, and deep knowledge of post-sales processes and the NA healthcare IT market; an MBA is preferred. Required Qualifications
- BA Degree in Business, Applied Science, or other related field
- MBA Preferred
- 10+ years of Sr. leadership experience in a HealthCare IT Implementation and Technical Support Function
- PMP Certification and/or deep knowledge of driving complex Healthcare IT Projects
- Proven understanding of After Sales Processes for Services
- Knowledge of the North American Healthcare IT Marketplace, its main actors, trends and challenges
- Prior demonstrated experience in driving organizational transformation
- Proven experience in leading large multilayered organization and driving performance and high employee satisfaction at various levels
- Track record of leading change through IT tools that drive productivity
