Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in land development and civil engineering operations
- 5+ years of Project Management and Leadership experience
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record in the private sector
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to handle proposals and presentations
- Strong mentoring capabilities to guide junior engineers and teams
- Prior experience with operational management
