Job Summary
Lead financial management for Retirement Solutions and Investment Management Group by developing analytics, recommendations, and portfolio solutions that support product management and risk constraints. Balance long-term growth, profitability, and competitiveness through strategic planning, annual operating plan development, and budget management. Provide oversight for financial modeling, acquisition analysis, pricing strategies, and regulatory compliance while assessing business risks and quantifying opportunities. Partner with leadership on RFP processes, case retention strategies, and product development, ensuring timely, accurate financial data drives business decisions. Act as President of the Nationwide Trust Company, leading a team of 3 direct reports and 60 indirect reports within a Fortune 100 organization focused on extraordinary care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field
- FSA, CPA or similar certifications
- 15 or more years of functional experience
- 10 or more years of people management experience
- 10 or more years of industry experience
