Job Summary
VP, Strategic Initiatives and Solutions for Card CX leads CX strategy for Card & Connected Commerce, embedding CX principles into strategy development and roadmaps, applying a product owner mindset to translate customer insights into actionable solutions, leading cross-functional special projects, leveraging deep card-financial services domain knowledge, driving data-driven transformation, staying current on industry trends, applying analytics (AI-driven tools, sentiment analysis, journey analytics), influencing stakeholders through storytelling and prioritized execution, accelerating delivery and removing barriers, and effectively communicating with senior leadership. Requires strong analytics, cross-functional leadership, and ability to navigate ambiguous environments; authorized to work in the US; location in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in customer experience, strategy, analytics, or related fields within financial services, card business, or data-driven industries
- Advanced degree preferred
