Job Summary
Lead and evolve the Campaign Management function, establishing planning frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that drive integrated campaign execution across the organization. Own the integrated Campaign Roadmap and Campaign Prioritization Framework, ensuring marketing investments, planning depth, resource allocation, and launch readiness align with business priorities. Establish governance models, decision forums, and leadership review mechanisms that improve cross-functional alignment, accountability, and decision-making throughout the campaign lifecycle. Partner with leaders across Brand, Originals Marketing, Creative, Social, Growth, Media, Research, PR, and other functions to drive integrated planning and ensure campaigns are executed against shared objectives. Define the vision for marketing infrastructure, including planning systems, workflow tools, data standards, taxonomy, reporting requirements, and governance models that enable connected planning, portfolio visibility, and organizational decision-making. Oversee traffic and workflow coordination across the marketing organization — from creative-to-media handoffs through partner and platform deliveries — ensuring campaign assets move efficiently through routing, review, and approval cycles.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading campaign management, portfolio management, marketing planning, organizational transformation, or related functions within media, entertainment, streaming, or consumer-focused organizations
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing campaign planning across brand, creative, social, media, communications, research, partnerships, and distribution functions
- Proven experience designing and implementing planning frameworks, governance models, operating structures, and organizational processes within complex marketing organizations
- Experience leading portfolio planning, resource allocation discussions, capacity planning, and investment governance across multiple initiatives or business lines
- Strong financial acumen with experience leading marketing investment planning, budget governance, portfolio reporting, forecasting, and executive decision support
- Experience evaluating, implementing, or evolving marketing technologies, workflow platforms, or enterprise planning systems that improve organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience defining business requirements and leading the evolution of workflow systems, planning tools, or organizational infrastructure within complex organizations
- Strong understanding of how data, workflows, and technology enable integrated campaign planning, portfolio visibility, and organizational decision-making
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across multiple functions and stakeholder groups
- Experience leading organizational change, transformation initiatives, and operational maturity efforts at scale
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance long-term organizational strategy with near-term business priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
