Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of successful business development, client growth, or senior account leadership experience within healthcare market research, life sciences, or related industries
- Established relationships and experience working directly with healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, payer, provider, or healthcare agency clients
- Comprehensive knowledge of the nuances, regulations, and dynamics shaping the healthcare industry
- Strong track record of B2B sales success, including complex, high-value engagements
- Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to map client buying committees and uncover core business challenges
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
