Job Summary

VP, Business Development role leading CCMC's strategic growth in the HOA management sector. Responsibilities include leading lead generation and strategy, building a high-performing sales pipeline to exceed new business targets, cultivating relationships with HOA boards and community leaders, delivering tailored service solutions, leading compelling client presentations, negotiating and closing complex contracts, monitoring market trends, and collaborating across Marketing, Community Operations, and Resident Experience to drive revenue growth. Requires extensive sales leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce), and willingness to travel weekly for on-site meetings. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; 10+ years of sales experience in related fields, and alignment with CCMC’s core values are emphasized.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management.
  • Education: A bachelor�s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel weekly as needed for on-site meetings at corporate, communities, Board meetings, sales presentations, etc.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle check, and credit check.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Superior relationship-building skills; Strong financial acumen relevant to the economic impact of community management; Excellent negotiation and closing skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; Adherence to sales strategy and management of CRM as a single source of truth.
