Job Summary
The Vice President, Business Development will lead CCMC’s strategic growth in the HOA management sector, overseeing development and execution of sales strategies, generating opportunities, and cultivating relationships with HOA boards and community leaders. The role requires collaboration with Marketing, Community Operations, and Resident Experience to expand market presence, achieve revenue targets, and align with CCMC’s core values. Responsibilities include lead generation, building a high-performing sales pipeline, presenting value propositions, negotiating and closing complex contracts, monitoring industry trends, and driving cross-department collaboration to deliver tailored service solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel weekly for on-site meetings at corporate, communities, Board meetings, sales presentations, etc.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle check, and credit check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior relationship-building skills
- Strong financial acumen relevant to the economic impact of community management
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adherence to sales strategy and management of CRM as a single source of truth
