Job Summary

VP, Business Development responsible for leading CCMC's strategic growth in the HOA management sector, overseeing development and execution of sales strategies, building relationships with HOA boards, delivering tailored solutions, negotiating complex contracts, and collaborating across Marketing, Community Operations, and Resident Experience to achieve revenue targets. Requires weekly travel for on-site meetings, experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office, and a track record of driving new business. Travel, client engagements, and leadership of a sales team are key aspects of the role.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle check, and credit check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior relationship-building skills
  • Strong financial acumen relevant to the economic impact of community management
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adherence to sales strategy and management of CRM as a single source of truth
