Job Summary
VP / Business Banker responsible for developing and growing business relationships, managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing financial solutions and lending/deposit products, and representing the bank in the community through networking and events. Key duties include prospecting and expanding relationships, analyzing and structuring commercial loan requests, monitoring loan performance and credit quality, delivering banking solutions in collaboration with internal teams, and contributing to community presence and business development initiatives. Requires a strong base salary with generous monthly commissions tied to business development and portfolio growth; SBA lending and/or multifamily housing experience preferred. Expected to work in Hudson, WI and surrounding offices with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to integrity, teamwork, and agility.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of business banking, commercial lending, or related experience
- Strong ability to develop new business and build lasting customer relationships
- Experience with commercial credit analysis and financial statement interpretation
- Knowledge of commercial loan structures and risk management practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
