Job Summary
Lead VP-level branding and communications to shape and scale how Accelevation shows up internally and externally. Own the company narrative, strengthen executive and employer brand, and ensure messaging reflects growth and the next chapter of the business. Develop and execute enterprise-wide branding and communications strategies aligned to business priorities; partner with the CEO and executive team on messaging, presentations, announcements, and strategic communications; build a differentiated company narrative to strengthen reputation, brand, and market position; oversee internal communications, public relations, media engagement, and thought leadership; collaborate with Recruiting and People teams to bolster employer brand and talent attraction; support communications for acquisitions and organizational changes; establish standards and processes for consistency; serve as trusted advisor during high-visibility or fast-moving situations, including sensitive communications and change management.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience across corporate communications, branding, executive communications, public relations, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- MBA preferred
