Job Summary
Senior VP-level leader responsible for Brand & Marketing across omnichannel and multi-brand jewelry house. Own brand and creative execution across all customer touchpoints (site, social, paid media, email, SMS, in-store, press, partnerships) and drive growth, retention, retail marketing, and CRM. Lead retail and experiential marketing for flagship store/cafe launch; manage PR, partnerships, wholesale, and channel marketing; build and lead a marketing team, establish performance standards, and oversee marketing P&L. Requires 10+ years in brand/marketing leadership in DTC/fashion/jewelry, a track record of launching physical retail, strong creative instincts, and ability to translate founder vision into a unified brand expression.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in brand and marketing leadership at a high-growth DTC, fashion, or jewelry company
- experience independently identifying opportunities and solutions to problems
- led marketing through a physical retail launch and understood how brand, store, and digital reinforce one another
- experience building and managing teams
- manage P&L responsibility for a marketing function
- ability to push creative direction while aligning with founder vision
