Job Summary
Lead and contribute to projects for Improving branch operation efficiency via centralization, automation and process simplification. Support branches in various daily operational and administration matters. Prepare and conduct operational training for branch operation staff. Oversight on branch operation quality and control. Review and comment procedure manual to align with the operational workflow. Involve branch network planning and coordinate with stakeholders for branch modernization projects such as Branch Open/Closure. Work with Human Resources Division on branch staffing matters such as resources planning, inter-branch staff transfer. Manage Branch Mystery Shopper Program. Degree holder or related discipline; minimum 5 years retail banking experience with good knowledge on branch operations; fluent in Chinese & English; strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills; proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
