Job Summary
Lead and develop the branch team to deliver exceptional member service and drive growth in the Burien, WA community. Manage branch operations, coach staff, and ensure achievement of individual and branch goals. Requires 3+ years in a leadership role within a financial institution; High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in business administration/finance or related field preferred. Must obtain NMLS license and serve as Notary Public and Signature Guarantee. In-person role with standard business hours (Mon-Fri). Salary range $79,934-$119,902 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus; comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) match, paid time off, and additional incentives. Required Qualifications
- Three years or more experience in a management role or demonstrated leadership position
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NMLS license and Notary Public and Signature Guarantee required for UA II level and higher (US citizenship or permanent residency)
- Bondable
- US citizenship or permanent legal residency for certain certifications
- In-person schedule Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5:30 PM; 40+ hours per week
