VP, Branch Manager II - Westwood and Park Ridge, NJ (Full-time)

VP Branch Manager II leads growth of consumer and business relationships and oversees operations for multiple branches (two or more) or a single branch with qualifying deposits and FTE. Responsibilities include driving branch sales and service, coaching and developing branch teams, external sales calls, community involvement, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, risk management, and leadership development. Requires strong customer service orientation, ability to meet sales targets, knowledge of banking operations and Federal Regulations, and flexibility to travel as needed. Preferred Bachelor’s in Business Administration and prior multi-branch management experience. Mortgage loan originator license via NMLS required for mortgage activities; life and health licenses are preferred to support investment program. Salary range $70,000–$100,000 annually; incentive eligibility and comprehensive benefits described.
