Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets and position the company as a market leader in BPO. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries, focusing on enterprise-level clients with complex outsourcing needs. Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to design and present customized BPO solutions that deliver measurable business value. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team aligned with strategic goals and growth initiatives. Define and track KPIs to measure sales effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue performance. Work closely with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements. Manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI. Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience
- at least 5 years in the BPO industry
- Proven success in selling complex outsourcing solutions to enterprise clients
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive environments
- Expertise in long sales cycles, high-value contract negotiation, and consultative selling
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and strategic planning skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of BPO operations, market dynamics, and client needs
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
