Job Summary
Oversee and manage DBS Hong Kong employee benefits programs. Design, implement, and administer the full suite of benefits offerings to attract and retain talent while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with HR partners, senior management, and external brokers to develop and execute benefits strategies aligned with DBS EVP and organizational goals. Responsibilities include benefits program design and enhancement, implementation oversight, vendor management and contract negotiation, maintaining plan documents and compliance, employee communication and education, data collection and analysis of utilization and costs, and regular audits to ensure regulatory adherence. Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and communication skills are required to effectively convey benefits information to employees and management. Location: One Island East, Hong Kong. Schedule: Regular. Job status: Full time.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in rewards/benefits related areas, preferably in the banking industry and / or with professional consultancy companies
- Solid knowledge in internal HR policies, procedures and best practices within banking industry
- Proven experience in benefits administration or a similar role, with a strong understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Strong organising and planning skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
