Job Summary
Quote and execute trades primarily in FX spot, FX forwards, and occasionally FX options, LTFX, MIFOR, and OIS. Monitor local and global macroeconomic indicators to pursue trading profit and build market portfolios. Manage risks within prescribed limits while supporting daily desk operations, executing trades with clients and interbank partners. Liaise with Sales and risk teams to provide market insights and trade ideas, assisting in the development of exotic products. Prepare daily P&L reports and trade reconciliation while adhering to RBI regulations and internal procedures. This role enhances FX, Rates, and FX options trading activities within GMTAP at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.
Required Qualifications
- Post graduate (CA / MBA)
- 8-12 yrs of experience
- Preferably from the Banking Industry
