Job Summary
Manage complex processes and support significant process management efforts for the WM Income events, overseeing both onshore and offshore teams. Lead RTB responsibilities for all income events across the corporate action event lifecycle, including validation, notifications, and reconciliations. Drive AI and automation adoption while engaging with product owners to develop the strategic asset servicing technology roadmap. Direct process re-engineering, improvement, and testing across multiple teams to ensure high governance standards. Analyze ambiguous issues, identify risks, and propose future actions, tracking resolution through to completion. Provide broad product experience to support complex issue resolution and function as a senior escalation point. Directly contribute to the operation and delivery of risk and control processes, ensuring Key Risk Indicators are managed and issues are appropriately escalated.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years' relevant experience
- Series 99 license required or willing to obtain within 180 days of employment
- Broad experience in Financial Services Operations with a comprehensive understanding of front to back trade flow and post trade processing
- Experience in automating operational processes leveraging transformation tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, Power BI, UiPath
- Proven track record leading complex, cross functional programs with senior level exposure
- Ability to think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives, risks and operational impacts
- Ability to address non-standard issues within area of expertise
