Job Summary
Manage and track a portfolio of 15-25 existing ABSL transactions, participating in client diligence sessions and establishing relationships with external parties including clients and lawyers. Prepare concise credit approval memos for annual reviews, renewals, amendments, and waivers, while reviewing and summarizing legal documents. Track monthly servicer reports, analyze performance data, and assist in creating monthly performance summaries. Monitor facility utilization, draws, and paydowns, ensuring ABSLs are captured properly in Citizens' systems and downstream reporting. Act as a liaison between the business and operations teams, supporting internal and external audits by gathering loan-level information. Research and organize client and industry information, and present key trends, outlooks, and risks during the semi-annual business review.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years with exposure to structured products and/or banking environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational/time management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and satisfy deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 40+ hours per week
- Monday to Friday work schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Non-mortgage asset-back securitization experience
- Familiarity with SalesForce, Precision Lender, and CRM/Dashboard
