Job Summary
The VP/Area Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of an affordable housing portfolio consisting of 1400 units across 10 properties in the Bronx. The role requires supervising site management teams and maintenance staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing P+L responsibilities, and overseeing budget adherence. The successful candidate must have at least five years of experience managing affordable housing assets, particularly with tax credit properties, and possess strong communication and budgeting skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor's degree
- Five to ten years related experience
- Experience with Tax Credit and fair housing
- Knowledge of NYC landlord tenant laws
