VP Analytics Engineering - U.S.

VP of Analytics Engineering will lead the analytics and insights strategy for a client-facing analytics practice, building and guiding a high-performing team of analysts and analytics engineers, and delivering executive-facing data products and insights to C-suite stakeholders. The role emphasizes establishing robust data quality and structured data foundations, scaling self-service analytics for client teams, and evaluating technologies to support high-quality solutions. You will own the analytics roadmap for complex client projects, translate complex data findings into actionable strategic insights, collaborate with cross-functional client teams (marketing, sales, finance) to ensure data integrity and consistent view across sources, and champion best practices in data governance and security while developing talent onshore and offshore. A successful candidate will drive talent acquisition and development, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, and shape the analytics strategy to accelerate clients’ data-driven transformation and business impact. The position is based in New York, NY, and is described as an executive leadership role with significant responsibility for building the U.S. Analytics Engineering practice from the ground up.
