Lead the Analytics Center of Excellence to integrate payer, EMR, clinical, and operational data to drive single source of truth and standardized KPIs across the enterprise. Define an enterprise analytics vision and KPI definitions; organize and structure the analytics team to support multiple leaders; partner with Data Solutions to acquire data assets and tools; develop predictive and prospective models to provide timely, actionable analytics for clinicians and health plans; ensure timely and accurate data delivery and create analytics products used across the organization; establish data governance standards and lead risk stratification modeling for clinical research. This role requires extensive experience in data analytics, healthcare data (claims, EHR/EMR), and leadership of cross-functional analytics initiatives.
