Job Summary
Own the vision and P&L for the affiliate client services organization, defining structure, resourcing, and execution while driving commercial and operational performance. Lead a globally dispersed team accountable for culture, succession planning, and retention, setting standards for leadership at every level. Manage headcount, hiring, and promotions to maximize capacity and ensure target margins are met consistently. Ensure premium program execution by closing gaps, identifying risks early, and championing AI adoption to improve delivery quality and team efficiency. Partner with Account Directors, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align delivery with client outcomes and market trends. Establish single-threaded ownership for key decisions and evolve operating models as the organization scales.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of combined affiliate marketing and client services or agency experience
- Proven track record owning and scaling a business line, practice area, or large client portfolio
- Experience leading Managers and cross-regional teams across multiple geographies
- Deep expertise in affiliate program strategy, execution, and performance measurement
- Strong understanding of how affiliate integrates with influencer, retail media, and broader partnership marketing
- Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption or transformation initiatives within a team or organization
- Financial acumen, including forecasting, margin management, and P&L ownership
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally
