Job Summary
VP, Advisor Solutions focused on leading relationship-management and strategic consultancy for independent financial advisor clients. Responsible for driving advisor productivity, profitability, scalability, and adoption of firm initiatives with cross-functional teams; build trusted partnerships with advisors and their teams; provide proactive practice-management guidance on business development, operational efficiency, technology, and succession planning; align product sourcing with advisor demand and market trends; lead advisor-facing communications, governance, workshops, webinars, and marketing content; oversee technology and vendor relationships to maximize utility; contribute to a high-performance culture and advisor success through collaboration with Transition, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and leadership. Requires extensive experience in wealth-management ecosystems, strong consulting and communication skills, and relevant securities registrations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in the securities or wealth management industry
- Experience with independent advisors, RIAs, or broker-dealer environments
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 65/66 (Highly Preferred); CFP or ChFC (Bonus)
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic business consultant with strong business acumen
- Prior experience in practice management or relationship management leadership
