Job Summary
Practice a consultative, goal-based wealth management approach to assess client needs and provide investment advice, coaching on trading strategies, and comprehensive planning for investing, risk management, retirement, and estate goals. Utilize securities industry expertise to analyze client objectives and execute a business plan that generates new clients, consolidates assets, and deepens relationships through referrals and leveraging centers of influence. Maintain consistent client relationship management processes to drive retention, increase promoter scores, and inspire trust while building partnerships across the firm. Ensure deep knowledge of markets, trading systems, and firm products to demonstrate the unique trader value proposition to affluent clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- A valid and active Series 7 license
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license
- A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license
- A minimum of four years' financial services experience working with retail clients, with proven success in providing advice and consultation, and in managing, developing, and expanding client relationships
- You will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process

- Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) certification
- Ability to lead sophisticated conversations with clients around trading platforms, risk, trading strategy, and education
