Job Summary
VP of Finance & Accounting in Sugar Land, TX leading finance, accounting, treasury, controls, and investor reporting for a VC-backed CPG/eCommerce organization. Responsible for operating KPIs, financial projections vs actuals, cadence for financial reporting, partnering with CEO and board, liaising with auditors and banks, overseeing corporate accounting and treasury, and guiding strategic goals with data-driven decisions to drive growth and operational excellence. Requires senior-level experience in consumer products/eCommerce or similar, strong communication with cross-functional teams and executive leadership, and familiarity with financial systems such as Hyperion, NetSuite, Oracle FCCS, and OneStream. Compensation includes $230,000 base plus 30% bonus and equity.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Experience at consumer products, eCommerce, M&A centric, or wholesale environments
- Experience with Hyperion, NetSuite, Intacct, MS Dynamics GP, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS Oracle Cloud), SmartView, OneStream, or Adaptive Insights a plus
- Enjoys communication with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, marketing, advertising, and C-Level executives
