Job Summary
Financial Professional to manage plan sponsor relationships in MA retirement plan market. Responsible for 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, participant education, and seminars. Must prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments, recommend and implement investment strategies, and research client service issues. Also required to conduct retirement and investment seminars and to develop territories through relationship-building and business development; strong knowledge of defined contribution markets and plan documents is essential. Supported by the Voya brand and resources, with access to an existing client base and turnkey marketing services to help achieve success.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Representative with experience in defined contribution plans (403(b), 457, 401(a) preferred)
- Securities registrations (Series 6 and Series 63; Series 7 & 66 preferred)
- Life & Health Insurance Licenses
