Job Summary
Coordinate construction workflows on high-rise and structural projects, directing subcontractors and managing equipment deployment under the supervision of commercial staff. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, document progress updates, and align with technical and economic performance targets. Maintain accurate records of site advancements and collaborate closely with project leadership. Requires a completed technical trade apprenticeship with certification as a foreman or certified polier, at least three years of experience as a skilled worker, and a Class B driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene bautechnische Berufsausbildung mit Fortbildung als Vorarbeiter bzw. (Werk-) Polier oder geprüfter Polier
- Fachkenntnisse im Hoch- und Rohbau
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Facharbeiter
- Führerschein der Klasse B
