Conduct interior and exterior painting and varnishing tasks, including taping, surface preparation, sanding, and applying primers. Manage site logistics by reading specifications, generating reports, and ensuring clean workflows. Coordinate teams and assume responsibility for larger construction projects, serving as the primary contact for clients and the local office. Support the expansion of the company's location. Work full-time in the Regensburg region from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00, with rare weekend shifts. No travel or weekend construction required. The role offers a company vehicle, mobile devices, and a clear path to lead positions within one to two years.
