Job Summary
Execute masonry, concrete, and formwork tasks while leading construction projects independently. Coordinate on-site operations and serve as the primary contact for subcontractors. Perform all raw construction duties, including quality control and strict adherence to safety protocols. Handle procurement of minor materials and report progress to site leadership. Travel across Saxony, Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, and Bavaria for varied raw construction and renovation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B1
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise als Maurer, Betonbauer oder Schalungsbauer, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rohbau
- Mitarbeit auf der Baustelle
- Einsatz deutschlandweit (Sachsen, Thüringen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Bayern)
