Lead warehouse staff during shifts while ensuring smooth execution of all logistics processes, including receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping. Monitor schedules, quality, and productivity metrics; plan personnel deployment and provide on-the-job training for team members. Enforce compliance with all labor, safety, and quality regulations. Requires a completed logistics or warehouse training, preferably with Meister or Techniker certification, plus several years of experience and proficiency in warehouse management systems like SAP-EWM. Full-time shift work with flexible hours.
