Job Summary
Support dealership network by expediting service parts orders; operate in Stellantis systems with case management tool, parts catalog, parts inventory management, and supply chain tools; handle upgrade order status, place requests on dealer's behalf, and dealer-to-dealer sales; night shift from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am; requires automotive background and high school diploma; must be PC literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong customer service skills and ability to relate with dealers; familiarity with automotive parts processes and dealership operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 1-3 years automotive technical background preferred
- Experience with vehicle service parts release processes preferred
- Ability to relate with dealer
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of automotive processes & parts
- PC literate
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
