Job Summary
Manage a team of platform staff and personally assist where necessary while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. Identify unsafe situations, monitor equipment usage, and intervene when required. Maintain regular operational contacts with airline representatives, Schiphol, and internal Swissport departments. Conduct future performance and evaluation discussions. Lead as a stress-resistant supervisor in a hectic environment involving irregular shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal een MBO-diploma
- Aantoonbare leidinggevende werkervaring
- Communicatief sterk, met zowel mondeling- als schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Stressbestendig en flexibel en zelfstandig
- Een teamplayer en je hebt een representatieve (positieve)uitstraling
- Kunnen combineren met jouw andere activiteiten het onregelmatige rooster (dag-, nacht- en weekenddiensten)
- Verantwoordelijk voor de handhaving van de noodzakelijke veiligheidsprocedures
- Je signaleert onveilige situaties
- Houdt toezicht op een juist gebruik van het materiaal
- Grijpt in waar nodig
- Regelmatig operationele contacten met onder andere vertegenwoordigers van verschillende luchtvaartmaatschappijen, Schiphol en andere operationele afdelingen binnen Swissport
- In de toekomst functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken te voeren
