Voorman GWW

Lead the daily operations of a Ground Works & Water (GWW) team on road, drainage, and civil infrastructure projects in Breda. Direct execution and quality control of earthworks, street works, and pipe laying while coordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Maintain daily progress reporting and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, planning, and client agreements. Act as both project leader and skilled tradesperson, solving unforeseen site challenges and reporting deviations to the project leadership. Requires a B license (BE preferred), physical fitness for outdoor work, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
