Volunteers, Camp CARE

Volunteers join Camp CARE as part of the Prevention Team to work with youth (first grade through high school) in a two-week, unpaid summer program. Responsibilities include co-leading groups of 10-15 youth, delivering age-appropriate activities to build self-esteem, resiliency, and leadership skills; facilitating lessons, leading craft projects and games; preparing lesson plans (2-4 sessions) prior to camp; and assisting with campsite setup while collaborating with CARE staff. Camp runs June 22–25 and June 29–July 2, 2026, in Roseville, MI.
