Job Summary
Produce polished, one-to-three-minute marketing videos that promote the academy's mission, drive enrollment, and encourage gift giving. Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards in collaboration with the marketing team, then shoot, edit, and finalize content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and donor presentations. Incorporate provided footage, testimonials, and brand assets while sourcing music and supplemental media as needed. Deliver final cuts in web-optimized formats on agreed timelines. This volunteer internship offers meaningful exposure to admissions and donor appeals within a nationally accredited classical Catholic hybrid homeschool network serving over 2,100 students.
Required Qualifications
- In depth understanding of Regina Caeli Academy
- Strong alignment with the teachings of the Catholic Church
- Genuine enthusiasm for classical education and the mission of Regina Caeli Academy
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to craft warm, clear, and mission-centered videos
- Self-direction
- Disciplined time management
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Accountable to weekly deliverables
- Organizational precision
- Attention to detail
- Capability utilizing video editing software
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with email
- Familiarity with other online collaboration tools necessary for working on projects with a team remotely
