Job Summary
Greet, direct, and transport patients to their appointment destinations safely and efficiently within the facility. Adhere to hospital protocols, specifically regarding patient privacy (HIPAA), infection control, and safety procedures. This volunteer role requires being 18 years of age or older, with previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred. You will operate within RiverView Health, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving Crookston, MN, supporting our community-owned non-profit mission.
