Job Summary
Volunteer Support Manager to lead volunteer engagement, retention, and support initiatives across our organization; provide leadership to a team of volunteer support professionals; oversee volunteer recognition programs and event management for girl and adult awards ceremonies; manage use of Rallyhood and CRM systems; develop innovative strategies to train and support troop leaders and service unit volunteers; ensure council-wide retention goals and high-functioning service units through budgeting, planning, and performance reporting. The role requires collaboration, customer engagement, budget oversight, and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and access, with hybrid remote work and flexibility after training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with proven recruitment and customer engagement results
- Must have supervisory experience leading a professional team
- Must have volunteer management experience
