Volunteer Support Coordinator

Develop and implement recruitment and retention plans for girl members and adult volunteers in the Lewisburg and Williamsport area. Facilitate the Girl Scout Leadership Experience consistently with organizational guidelines while fostering collaborations between troops and Service Units. Onboard new troop leaders, support volunteer training, and recommend Service Unit Leads based on territory needs. Collaborate on Product Program campaigns to promote high girl participation and work with the Regional Director to execute membership growth strategies. Build community partnerships for diverse membership growth and study demographic trends to refine marketing techniques. Provide professional customer service to donors, members, and staff while handling confidential information with integrity. Work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends to perform duties independently with limited supervision.
