Volunteer Services Senior Specialist

Develop and implement broad-based recruitment strategies to attract and identify Red Cross volunteers for regional mission-critical activities. Conduct general and targeted outreach through resource pools, networks, and digital media to obtain applicants, then perform screenings, referrals, and placement to meet assigned volunteer recruitment metrics. Maintain accurate records of leads, produce status reports, and cultivate relationships with key recruitment agencies and organizations. Assist in scheduling orientations, placements, and events while evaluating and modifying engagement strategies based on lessons learned. Provide coaching to volunteer teams, review satisfaction data to develop retention strategies, and conduct thorough volunteer needs assessments to ensure alignment with established goals.
