Volunteer Services Senior Specialist

Develop and implement broad-based recruitment strategies to attract and identify Red Cross volunteers for regional mission-critical activities. Support program execution to increase volunteer engagement, conduct screenings, referrals, and placement of prospective volunteers. Maintain accurate records of leads, produce status reports, and cultivate relationships with key agencies and organizations to build a robust candidate pipeline. Assist in scheduling orientations and placements, evaluate recruitment strategies based on lessons learned, and provide coaching to volunteer teams. Review satisfaction data to develop retention strategies and conduct thorough volunteer needs assessments to align goals with operational requirements.
