Job Summary
Volunteer Services Coordinator responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the volunteer program at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida. Recruits, screens, onboards, trains, schedules, and retains volunteers to support House and Family Room operations; coordinates volunteer staffing for front desk and programs; conducts orientations and ongoing training; builds hospital partnerships, represents RMHC in the community, engages in outreach, and coordinates volunteer-led activities and events; maintains volunteer records and reporting; collaborates with Operations and Programs teams to ensure staff support aligns with organizational goals; supports in-kind donations, community partnerships, and donor recognition; ensures a positive volunteer experience and effective collaboration across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of two years’ non-profit work experience.
