Job Summary
Volunteer Services Coordinator responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the patient care and administrative volunteer program; coordinates recruitment of volunteers, onboarding and training, supervises volunteers, maintains records and statistics, supports fundraising and community relations, and collaborates with multiple departments to ensure program effectiveness and compliance; requires ability to manage schedules, supervise volunteers, and communicate effectively with staff and donors; flexible Full-Time schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a volunteer, with volunteer supervisory experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting volunteers or employees preferred
- Knowledge of non-profit organizations preferred
- Must have knowledge of computer office/clinical software
- Must be able to read, write and understand the English language
