Job Summary
Coordinate volunteer programs with primary responsibility for onboarding, registration, training, and scheduling; manage volunteer data and systems; serve as the main contact for volunteers and the public via email, phone, and in person; track and report monthly metrics, reconcile volunteer-related financials, and handle logistics such as name badges and access; assist with planning volunteer events and donor/donation coordination; ensure accurate records across systems and provide timely, professional support to volunteers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, detail-heavy administrative role
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of completing projects with accuracy and minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Google Suite)
