Volunteer / Patient Ambassador

Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors to create a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting, wayfinding, escorting patients, handling inquiries, conducting environmental observations, and providing assistance as needed. Volunteers may read to patients or assist with clerical duties such as copying, filing, and sorting mail. The role involves maintaining a professional appearance and supporting positive patient experiences.
