Job Summary
Support the care team in offices with light data entry, assembling packets, and organizing special memories for patients. Visit patients to offer companionship through reading, hobbies, games, and listening. Share the love of a certified therapy pet to provide emotional support. Use musical gifts to brighten patients' days and comfort healthcare staff. Connect with fellow veterans to provide companionship and participate in meaningful ceremonies. No hospice experience is needed; a certified and vaccinated pet is required for therapy visits. All volunteers must pass background checks.
