Volunteer Opportunity (Hospice)

Support the care team in offices with light data entry, assembling packets, and sending cards to family members. Organize special memories for patients by sewing memory bears or blankets. Visit patients to offer companionship through reading, hobbies, games, and listening. Share the love of a certified therapy pet with patients or use musical gifts to brighten their days. Connect with fellow veterans to provide companionship and participate in meaningful ceremonies. All volunteers must pass background checks and demonstrate compassion and empathy. No compensation is provided for this volunteer opportunity.
