Job Summary
The volunteer will perform various tasks including administrative duties, assisting patients in navigating between practices, supporting the VHP Financial Counseling team, and handling correspondence. Required skills include being bilingual in English and Spanish, effective communication abilities, and the capability to navigate different practices for retrieving mail. Volunteers must adhere to specific background check requirements and health precautions.

Additional Requirements
- Provide two satisfactory references from non-family members for Adult Volunteers or a satisfactory reference from a school for a youth volunteer
- Provide a receipt of an acceptable Pennsylvania criminal history check, Child Abuse History Clearance and FBI fingerprinting
- Volunteers living in Pennsylvania will have their backgrounds checked through the Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Record Check system
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance (CAHC) for volunteers with regular contact with children
- Must complete the Federal Criminal History Record Information (FBI Clearance)
- Show proof that Tuberculosis test has been done in the last year
- Show proof of Influenza Immunization (if volunteering between October-April)
- Sign a confidentiality agreement
